Multivent nebule is an inhaled solution containing two drugs, salbutamol and ipratropium bromide, used to treat respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It requires inhalation through a nebulizer device.
Indications and uses
Multivent contains two bronchodilators that work together to relax the muscles surrounding the airways and widen them more effectively than either drug alone.
Treatment of respiratory diseases: It is suitable for treating bronchospasm (airway muscle contraction) caused by diseases such as asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, and helps relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Maintenance Therapy: Especially indicated for maintenance therapy in COPD patients who require a second bronchodilator to improve respiratory function.
How to use
Multivent solution requires specific medical equipment (nebulizer) for use.
Equipment: A nebulizer is a small machine that converts liquid medication into a fine mist that the patient inhales through a mask or mouthpiece.

Usage: Use one ampoule at a time, usually three to four times daily as prescribed by your doctor.
