Refund policy
We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products or accessories that contact the body, mouth, nose, skin, or medication may not be returnable after their sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
How to request a return
Email info@portablemeshnebulizer.com before sending an item back. Include the order number, the product, the reason for the return, and photographs when the product is incorrect or damaged. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Do not send a return to an address without receiving authorization and instructions from us.
Return shipping costs
- For a change-of-mind or other ordinary eligible return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If we supplied the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, Haihang is responsible for reasonable return shipping costs and will provide instructions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect the order promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is usually to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after we approved a refund, contact info@portablemeshnebulizer.com.
European Union cooling-off period
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
